The gun is also integrated into leveled lists for low-level enemies such as fiends and powder gangers, as well as merchant inventories. The gun can be crafted at any workbench using 1 scrap metal and 3 lead pipes (or there's one next to the workbench at the side of Chet's shop in Goodsprings if you're lazy). This mod adds a brand new gun to the game, a makeshift pipe rifle inspired by the ones featured in the Fallout 4 E3 gameplay footage.
